I need some help looking for info

I am trying to find info about FBI Agent Kelly that died at the world trade building on 9-11.

I wanted to find out his/her role with the uss cole / Al Queda investigation during the Clinton administration. Obviously I don't know anything about this and I have been doing many google searches, but its hard find out anything when I don't even know kellys full name.

From what I understand is that Kelly was investigating Al Queda before Bush came into office and was stopped once Bush was in. From then Kelly went to work at the trade center and was killed on 9-11.

Could someone please educate me on this?
