Dr. Henry I. Miller is a Fellow at The Hoover Institution. The editorial is published at a place called Tech Central Station | Where Free Markets Meet Technology. :eyes:

Two things I noticed about this Tech Central Station place is that they are extremely anti-Democratic and have some major corporate sponsors buying banner ads with them.
