2. I just did...
I have been a happy DirecTV user for years. Now that Murdoch bought it, I have an install date for the Dish Network on 1/18/04.

I also move from 1 receiver to 3 receivers for no cost.

3. So did I
You may want to check on the additional costs for the extra receivers. some where in the fine print it costs about $5 per month per extra unit.
Big plus in the FreeSpeech network!

5. Murdoch already is looking to obtain Dish.
He will too, so the best thing we can do is complain about the programming.

6. FCC already turned down Dish/DirectTV merger deal.
I doubt it would fly.

9. How is Dish Network?
I have cable and want to get a dish so I can watch my Bears games -- and the Cubs games that aren't on WGN. (I think they're on a local Chicago cable station CLTV but need to check that out.)

10. What's the deal with Dish Network's website...
The page keeps refreshing, opening new windows and reloading, then finally my browser crashes. I'd like to see what they have to offer but their website is really pissing me off!
