What scares me is that quite a bit of the US Drug Industry is built up on cattle like insulin, hormones, surgical and first-aid products much less our food supply.

I am well aware of the Regan Era when people were turned out from the support services to have people fend for themselves in my neighborhood: the insane, addicts and the money that DurgCo paid his campaign to get tax breaks to relocate offshore.

And now that we know politics has played a large part in the US health care system and the states are being denied the same breaks given to the VA and other Federal Health-Care Systems other than Medicare....

Is the same thing happening here again?

1. The farm animal industry is evil as far as I'm concerned.

I really am worrying now about the drugs we are given, especially old people. There is an emphysema and asthma drug they gave to my husband that has caused some deaths. It's a good thing I guess that my husband did without because we couldn't afford the cost.

2. Track down Eric Schlosser

He wrote Fast Food Nation Don, and he did some fab investigative journalism. Though Greg Palast is a Hero for sure.
