Patriot Act website
http://www.lifeandliberty.gov/

I bring this up because this is a government website, under DOJ. But, the site itself reads more like a sales pitch for the Patriot Act. Doesn't this constitute advocacy, and can a government site get away with advocacy about an official law?

Does the DOJ website constitute a "conservative" site, or a "propaganda outlet"? It shouldn't, IMO
