There were two, one with Hitler speaking, and another one with mostly images. This doesn't sound like the one.

Al Qaida deserved to be "struck"

and Hitler as the same evils,; just in a different guise.

I agree that bush should stop saying things that can be equated to a totalitarian regime like Nazi Germany in the '30's-40's, but that would be a little much. After all, whenever his 'public situations' are left unscripted, this guy shows us that he really is like Hitler.
Call it like you see it, I have always said.
