I'll never forget how timid he looked and spoke (when he dared) on Meet the Whore with Russert in 2002.

The subject was the Cleland-Bin Laden ad and even Russert seemed appalled and gave McAuliffe the favorable-type treatment usually reserved for Imperial Henchpersons.

And McAuliffe just sat there like he had a mouth full of alum (see the old Bugs Bunny cartoons if you don't know what I mean) scoring no points and not even disputing that disgusting ad.

I will never forget that scene...so emblematic of the supine Democrat groveling before the Imperials (this was Imperial Marquis Racicot rather than Imperial Marquis Gillespie).

They are pissing all over Moveon.org over the Bush/Hitler ad. McAuliffe and Carville are backing off and apologizing. Hey, if they shoe fits.....


And the kicker is Gillespie is claiming its a morning of sunshine in America, and George's leadership has turned the economy, we are seeing unemployment come down, and job creation is up, blah, blah, blah.

The worthless Dems (McAuliffe/Carville) are not challenging him head on, and the audience is eating up the propaganda. Sigh.
