As I took symbolman's link to drudge report whining about another Hitler link to Bush, an unblocked pop-up ad materialized selling the George Bush Action Figure!
And voila, it hit me...stop me if it has already been done

A photo of the WTC before 9/11 then a photo "ground zero and bush with his megaphone. The caption: "9-11 brought to you by the Bush Inaction Figure."

Work in a reference to the 30 minutes he spent reading children's stories after he was informed of the first WTC hit, so less-informed people know which inaction you're referring to.
