......If my overwrought memory is correct Mexicos' oil export is priced in Euros....Is the immigration relaxation an attempt by Bush to nudge Mexico back to valueing their oil exports in petro dollars, thus helping prop the dollar up?.....I recall a pilot project by a bank in San Diego offering illegal immigrants the opportunity to deposit their money in that bank....within a very short period of time a sizable sum was accumulated.....is the issue of casting the hispanic vote a red herring for appeasing banking interests as well as the continuence of low wage agri-business labor?....
