The lounge is more of a personl anouncment place. Like the anounment of weddings, cute little posts. I find it a great distraction to help lighten up the mood.
The meating room is more like a place where clubs and perhaps reguler reaguring articels my come up. If you wanted to post something on a reguler bases, than the meating room is your place.
