I know that this isn't an earth-shaking observation...
...but for some reason I find it funny as hell to watch.

The next time you're out and about in your car, watch the car up ahead when you're both going around a corner or around a cloverleaf.

Some folks will lean WAY over in there seat as if they're on a bicycle or motorcycle and have to compensate for the weight distribution.

This is one of those things you have to see to appreciate but I find it hilarious.

A part of me wants to tap them on the shoulder and say "Ah, it's OK, your car isn't gonna' turn over"!

1. I sometimes
try to scoot my car by leaning forward and back again over and over, until I catch myself doing it, and then look to see if anyone else has noticed. My car doesn't have much pickup, so it's just a subconscious, albeit futile way of trying to get it to move faster.

2. I do it
But most of my transportation is by bike, so maybe it's just some Pavlovian response to taking corners.

3. Same here - I gre up on motorcycles, so sometimes
it's hard to get away from that old leaning feeling.

A motorcycle provides such a better and more intuitive way to take a corner than does a car - the bike goes easily into the curve but the car fights the curve every inch of the way.

4. I do this
because I can't SEE past the rear view mirror in a right turn!

I can see just fine doing left turns, and don't lean at all.
