NYC area cat lovers! Two females want to wind around your legs...

KaMakuahineoKamaAina (or just plain "Mom") is finally about to take the plunge and shack up with her guy -- a Repuke! Up until now, said guy has been doing his best to shatter my stereotypes of Repukes by acting like a civilized human being. But now, he won't let her cats move in along with her even though pets are allowed in his building!!! He's worried about litter boxes, his Greek urns, etc. But see, if he weren't a Repuke, he'd take the urns out to the weekend place in Jersey (yes, a weekend place...) and take the kitties in! :grr:

Only you, the cat-loving Evil DUers of the Greater Metropolitan Tri-State Area, can save Buddi and MuuMuu from the evil Repuke! Like any good New Yorkers, they have a press release :-) :

The Cat Placement Network needs you. Must find a new home for Muumuu (Tuxedo) and Buddi (dark calico), who have been with me for 5+ years. They adore one another and are the world's best and easiest to care for cats-everyone says so! Both female, spayed, declawed and very healthy.
Ages @ 6 and 5. Perfect apartment cats - very happy with one another for periods of time. Buddi is bright-eyed, curious and loves everyone. Muumuu is comfortably plump, contented, purring, and is pure love.
CAT BOX, CARRIERS, TOYS, etc. included.
GUARANTEE: In accordance with the Cat Placement Network rules, if you seriously want to let Muumuu and Buddi into your life for a reasonable adjustment period and, for some reason, it does not work out - I'll take them back and re-place them.
No shelter for these cats - They belong in a loving home.

Note that Buddi is a calico. Think of it -- your pesky Asscroft problem could be over within days! Trust me on this one. These are the cats who sustained me through many a cold, dark weekend back East. Now they can help sustain YOU through the final year of the Bush* administration**. 3. They're Mom's kitties (and Repuke), not mine.

I do not shack up with guys (not that there's anything wrong with that :-) ) or Repukes (there IS something wrong with that!)

The irony is, Mom acquired their kitties when their former human took up with a guy who's allergic. Thus, they have now been thrown over twice for men!
