BTW, I hope to be doing a Bay Area trip this fall.... not sure when. Just missing the area - and this is probably the only window I will have for travel for quite some time. Going to bring my Mother out as well - the goal is to find some peace event - and time our travels for then - so we can enjoy being in a much larger peace context (Indy and bloomington are wonderful - but a tad small in turnout - relatively speaking). :D

but you know, one can't flourish unless one has reciprocal people with whom one interacts - you are definitely in that category.

I remember early on I would do the analysis thing on some item or another - something would just strike me odd - or seem to have a ring to it that was related to something else. I would go on and on and no one would respond. Eventually a few people would. Didn't think anyone heard - but was just compelled since I was finally in a community where the resources were right here and the format allowed for discourse on events. Then one day - someone PMd me about an item - wanted my take on it. "You mean someone has actually read/heard what I would write?" Then later - several wonderful, inciteful and curious folks would get together on these and similar threads... what joy! And in the process I have gotten to know or "work with" (as it feels on those threads) some of the most phenomenal people. THis is how I came to know you, Buddhamama, and to greatly appreciate all that you bring to the table.

Thank you for helping to make this a community in which I can thrive. :loveya:
