I have played with several native Richmonders and consistently they pull up to a tee box and just sit in the carts. Aside from not being "ready golf" it is rude. I was taught growing up that you went up to watch for your fellow competitors ball and ya know root them on and so forth.

My best friend, his Dad, and his younger brother came upto play here a while ago and we observed it over and over.

Makes no sense to me.
