Woman Topples Domino Record

A 24-year-old woman from China tipped over 303,621 dominos on Monday, breaking a long-standing record for the world's longest solo domino topple.

Beijing-born Ma Lihua broke a 19-year-old record set by Germany's Klaus Friedrich, who set up and toppled 281,581 dominoes.

"There was a time when I was not feeling well but I had a goal to achieve so I continued to persevere," said Ma, who calls herself a "dominologist."

1. Over the weekend I heard that

some of her dominoes were toppled by cockroaches (eeeuuuuwww) and that she had to set them up again. I'm glad she prevailed over the odds (and the vermin).

2. It's really true but more than coachroaches. Have you ever been to Asia?

There's all kinds of things crawling around. Not only that, ALL the things you buy from Asia, China, Taiwa, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, India... have all been pissed and feces on by these bugs to cats to rats to dogs to the children who live in/at/near the factories. I have personally seen this as a daily occurance. The trinkets, telephone cases, computer cases, lamps, clothing, pens, toothbrushes, bowls, cups... are mold injected made... your clothing is sewn... all lies in piles and these things crawl, live, on them and 'do their duty' on them. The children of the workers also do the same including spit and vommit on these piles while playing on them.

And... you goods also fall out of the trucks and/or scooters while being transported around in the various stages of assembly.

Go visit the world, it's really fun!
