Is this NASA satellite photo of the black out authentic?
This photo is being sent around the internet. The reason I ask is I have relatives in PIttsburgh who did not have the black out. But I heard Cincinnati did, which is pretty far south, on the Kentucky border. But is the darkened area too big on the Southern end and does it extend far enough up into Canada?

4. I don't think that's real.
I think there would've been more pockets of light within the dark zone. And I don't think the lights ever went out in Philly.

12. Weren't there any clouds that night?
And if it was 11:15 EST, wouldn't it have still been light over the Pacific?
