It's gotten some horrid reviews--some praises as well--but doesn't sound like my kinda subject matter (meth addicted mom dragging her kid into squalid, abusive situations). Does anyone know about the short story author JT LeRoy? Read his/her work? Anyone seen the movie? Folks commenting about it alread at imdb.


But check out some of the iconoclast rock personalities in the cast. Lots of cameos, I'm guessing.

3. I finally saw him live three years ago...

A great show...he'd do a song, pause, start gasping hard, and immediately start smoking a cigarette, then back to another song...

A LOT of fun...(and he did my fave..."No More Hot Dogs").
