1. Me and dad go crappy fishing every year when they are coming in

If we're lucky we'll pull in about 30 of them and have a fish fry. If it's any less than 20 we let them go and try another time. They're fun to catch if you find a school of them. You can't keep a line in the water. Crappie and catfish are the only two fish I'll take home with me and clean up. That's some good eating.

But i do have a recipe.
Drench in Tabasco sauce then roll in flour and salt and pepper then deep fry. Sounds hot , but its not, heat cooks off.
