MMM...just finished a HUGE plate of pesto with sourdough garlic bread on the side...

the whole neighborhood smells good.

I aspire to pasta, but haven't tackled that yet.

3. Certainly not...
I almost always grate my own Parmesan...or Romano.

I made some walnut pesto awhile back that almost led to a climax,
at the table.

I make a pasta run every couple of months. The place I like is near the big Asian supermarket, other end of town, so I go there on the same trip. I stick out like a sore thumb there, 6'2", big & ugly, getting bald, but I don't care!

7. sounds like someone can cook...
Im still exploring the different tastes of herbs and where theyre beneficial. Ive ruined dishes using my own ideas of where to use them (or not)

8. Well, I kinda messeed tonight up a little bit
I overcooked the garlic a bit much....but I rarely get fresh pesto, so it didn't matter.
