New Baby Kitty in the House!! (pics)

We don't have a name for him yet - he is almost 2 weeks old from an abandoned litter a friend found at the industrial park where she works.

She knew how sad I was after my last kitty didn't make it and asked if I could take one. There were 2 more.

He seems pretty healthy and is eating very well. I'm feeding every 3 hours and not getting much sleep myself :)!

The 2nd pic is with Bailey our 124 lb. Golden Retriever. He loves kitties :)

6. Be prepared
I bottle raised my kitty Peewee (he passed away last August at the age of 15) and he was the most unbelievably devoted cat I've ever known! He would wail like a baby when I left the house for work in the morning, and would wrap his paws around my neck, purring like mad when I came home. It was endearing and heartbreaking all at the same time.

Good luck with your new fur kid! Baily sure looks like he'll be a terrific big brother!

7. How sweet!
I want a black cat to name Walter, after Sweetness himself. But sigh...

Yours is a darling fragile little sweetheart. I love the photo with Bailey. It's adorable!

Congratulations on your new baby.

10. Too cute.
I'm jealous for a dog like that. Our Welsh Terrier is a terrorist. He bullies our cat all the time, and they were raised together.
Good luck with your beautiful black kitty.

15. Not bad for a rescue, huh?
We got him at a dog rescue setup at Petsmart. A breeder had put the litter in a pet store and when he didn't sell soon enough to be sold as a puppy, they gave him back and she gave him to the rescue.

He is the best dog I've ever had. Gentle, sweet, obedient and absolutely beautiful. I'm hoping to have him trained as a therapy dog in the next year or so. He would be wonderful in that job.
