At least in my area - don't know about the other parts of town. I have been looking for a house intently for the past year. Right now is the lowest inventory I have seen in years. Has everyone gotten a low interest rate and decided to stick to where they are or what? It's June. The signs should be springing up all over.

1. I can't speak for your area, but... |

In general the real estate market is tight. I presoally plan on waiting for a few years when the market might drop. It might be good to have some cash on hand to make a nice down payment as the interest rates might go up.

Would not mind moving to another area except my 13-year-old spazzes out every time I suggest it so we will have to stay in her school zone.
