It appears to be an "all-caps" font... EXCEPT for the letter "N"... which is an oversized lower-case "n".
Very odd and distracting. It's similar to this:

When MSN and NBC were slammed together in this unholy alliance, they made the common N lowercase to help differentiate between the two.
