I opted for the chemically induced racing heart last time and it was a little too scary for me.

Can't run due to some relatively minor leg and knee problems, but I can walk like hell. Wanted a heart rate of 135 and I got up to 150 before my left leg started giving out. They were impressed.

Flying is now officially relagated to "another time, another life".
If I never get on another airplane again, that'll be just fine.
My career was not a completely happy one. I'm over the bitterness, but I wouldn't want to do it again.

I haven't even non-reved (Ha! they now charge us retirees) since I went out on LTD in 9/2001. Besides, I love to drive the road-trip with my two dogs at my side.

No idea really.
No symptoms of heart problems.
Just did it because a small blonde lady (my family doctor and a close friend for many years) has been bugging my ass ever since I turned 60 to get a full cardio workup.

I have beaucoupe risk factors. Smoke a pack a day +, heavy drinker, grandfather had angina, etc. But NO symptoms. No chest pains, no shortness of breath, etc.

In spite of my degenerate lifestyle, for a 63 year old I'm as healthy as the proverbial horse.
Go figure.
