4. Sounds like an infection to me. If regular sinus meds don't

alleviate the pain then you have an infection and need to see a doctor. I've had that pain before. Felt like someone was pounding my face with a hammer. It was a sinus infection.

today is the first dose of Zyban

instructions say set a quit date about 8 weeks out. they also say that you have to take this for a week before you will start to notice anything.

so, next week, hopefully i'll be cutting back drastically
