Psychiatric Study...mean-spirited, but somehow, oddly right on.
A study conducted by UCLA's Department of Psychiatry has revealed that the kind of face a woman finds attractive on a man can differ depending on where she is in her menstrual cycle.

For instance, if she is ovulating she is attracted to men with rugged and masculine features. However, if she is menstruating, or menopausal, she is more prone to be attracted to a man with scissors lodged in his temple and a bat jammed up his ass while he's on fire.

Further studies are expected.

ducking!

3. What does it for me.......
seriously, a great butt. I generally go for the dark, handsome (I find different types of guys oddly attractive) guys, but sneak in a blond and I won't be too unhappy. ;)

I love a sense of humour, a bright, engaging mind, somehow who is sure of himself. A real man, not some macho type, but a man capable of looking after himself (and lovin' sweet unpredictable little me) ;)

7. Someone sent this to me. Thought it was pretty funny...
Dear Abby,

My husband is not happy with my mood swings.

The other day, he bought me a mood ring so he would be able to monitor my moods.

When I'm in a good mood it turns green.

When I'm in a bad mood it leaves a big freakin' red mark on his forehead.

Maybe next time he'll buy me a diamond.

8. PMS is a real thing for some people
Basically, a major hormone in your body crashes and for some of us it has a real effect. I'm not mean at all, I just have about 1-2 days a month where I go into a depression. Depending on where my life is at, it can be either simply a good cry or wanting to throw myself over a bridge that particular day. It passes though, but it sucks. Sometimes being cyclical is tedious.

However, I find myself attracted to those rugged, masculine features more than just when I'm ovulating. They are my preference the entire month in fact. :)

9. Hell with that.
PMS sucks ass. I get the mega cramps that knock me off my feet, mood swings, and every other symptom you can think of.

My friends and I talked about it once and found out that all of us got really horny right about that time. Not like raving nymphos, but anything male looked really good. ;) Then the bitchiness settled in.

10. fasten your seatbelts, girls-
just wait till the 'pause' hits. am going through the peri-pause thingie, and tis best if you just learn to laugh the whole thing off - if possible, that is.. it can get pretty rough some days! but i hear there's light at the end of this particular tunnel - be it an oncoming train, irreversible insanity and the funny farm, or bliss. this story's still playing out.....
