Poll question: Explain Bush's Lack Of Intelligence

What can his lack of curiosity be attributed to? What would explain his limited vocabulary and simple way of looking at life and global politics? What explains his inability to read, pronounce words, or form grammatically correct complete sentences?

1. He has a disease.

It's called Shithead and it's not nearly as rare as it should be.

2. A combination of substance abuse, dyslexia and just plain laziness.

Bush himself has said that he hates reading. Many people have commented on his lack of intellectual curiousity. The drugs and alcohol has played a part and Gail Sheehey did an article about Bush in 2000 which mentioned the fact that Bush is dyslexic.

Wilfull, ignorance through laziness,
substance abuse,

5. DNA

I know this is wrong to say here but, his father wasn't a STUPID man, just an ass. His mother and a lot of the other Bushes are a whole different story.

6. Primarily substance abuse, but I wouldn't rule out dyslexia

The way he speaks makes me think of the way dyslexic kids speak. He gets word order mixed up when speaking, and that's when his speech breaks down. He gets frustrated because the words he's saying are not the words he's thinking or reading. If he is, he should come out and say so, people with dyslexia are not lacking in intelligence, their wiring is just different.

Or maybe Babs just dropped him on the head a few times too many?

7. Willfull laziness

He's ignorant because he's never had to be anything else. It's never been worth it to him to learn anything beyond his nose. Pampered priviledge will do that to you.

Bush has had his head up his ass for so long, the brain died from lack of oxygen!
