I actually don't mind when a doctor tells me he is unfamiliar with something. Frank Burns would never admit his shortcomings, to the detriment of the patient.

Plus, he had no lips.

Zoidberg reattached Fry's severed arm back in the wrong place. Frank Burns never made medical mistakes on that level.
