On the other hand, come to think of it... a dead Ronald Reagan as president would be better than what we have now. Can he run for the Republican nomination?

Why is there not a Worst President of the 20th Century choice?

Only the current resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave is worse than Reagan was. Reagan gave us Iran-Contra, serious unemployment numbers, greater and more intrusive federal government, the insane Star Wars boondoggle, a relaxing of environment laws leading to worse pollution and environmental degradation (again only to be outdone eorge W Bush),and more. His genial grandfatherly facade hid a mean-spirited lack of compassion for the needy. He related plots from movies as if they were incidents that occurred to him, and somehow the press found that charming.

Well I didn't. I was an adult in the 1980's and I understand all too well what his conservative revolution has brought us to.

Next time, give enough choices in the poll.

I keep on expecting that one of these days when I try to board an airplane I'll learn I'm on the no fly list. So far it hasn't happened, and I flew to DC and back (from Kansas) just last week. It's nice to know the system isn't all that efficient at tracking dissenters.
