My neighborhood (one of those planned thingies) had its first "Block Party" this afternoon. My wife and I won three prizes in the raffle:
A wind chime (that matches our house, surprisingly)
A $5 gift certificate to the Army & Navy store (khaki shorts!)
A $25 gift certificate to the local florist (Yay! Support independent business owners!)
Whee!
