3. I've been to Canada . . .
But that's not very elsewhere.

Actually, California is a lot more alien. It has palm trees.

5. Nope, I've never been (pronounced like "bean," of course)
As I take a sip with my pinky in the air.

No, really, I haven't seen a lick of what's outside our borders. I remember spending some quality time in the South American (international) terminal at MIA while I waited for my ex to pick me up, one time. Not to be a pig, but from what the ladies I saw whilst wondering about, there is a lot to see down in the lower continent.

11. And better dressed.
My trips to Toronto in the 80s and early 90s confirmed that. A better sense of style.

10. Canada, that's about it, unfortunately.....
went to Toronto and Montreal with my parents when I was about 11 years old, and, to tell you the truth, I don't remember all that much about it.....

I lived in Phoenix, AZ, for about a year as a teenager, but never went to Mexico.....

I do drive to Key West, FL (from NJ), once every other year or so, and one of these days I will go to Europe, I'd also love to see Asia and Africa (so much to see.....), one day I hope to travel somewhere that doesn't have a Waffle House off every exit.....

I might visit Canada or Europe within the next couple years, but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else but the USA.

15. Never.
Edited on Sun Jun-13-04 06:05 AM by Maat-hotep
Lived in SoCal all my life, and never even got to go to TJ. My family never seemed to have the money to do stuff like that, and flying anywhere for a vacation was always out of the question. Everywhere we wanted to go was by road trip. I'm 30 years old and still haven't seen the inside of an airplane, which sucks 'cause I want to go to Europe in the worst way. My friend got to go to Oxford a couple years ago and I am still green with envy.

I still can't go anywhere 'cause I'm unemployed and didn't make good money even when I had a job.

End whine.
