If Governor Rod Blagojevich of Illinois marches in the Gay Pride Parade...

here in Chicago again this year, as he did last year...

I would appreciate if he would do a little bit more to help pass SB 101, the gay rights bill currently in the General Assembly. This bill, for the first time in a long time, has a chance of passage.

Some arm twisting by the Governor would be nice. Blagojevich has already said he supports it.

It's nice to see politicians marching in the Pride Parade. It's even nicer to see results.

this guy is running for future president without fixin the problems here and now. Making enemas of your own power base, party and going back on one's word so early, so often, someone really should sit him down.

I had high hopes for this dude, but he's got to get serious. or not. But somethings got to give.

Worse yet, his ratings have nosedived, especially amongst his most strongest supporters. That might hurt the ticket during the next election cycle. and believe me, with the DuPage County (pronounced, duppage) repukes that we have, we can't afford any of those lame bigots in office.

I don't see him doing it. Unfortunately.
