3. depends how you say it
one is pronounce like Bet, the other like Betty. So, if you actually say it, I would have a better chance at knowing who you were referring to. If you write it, I'm clueless, though more familiar with Bette Midler, so would be more inclined to guess that was the name you were referencing.
