I did not...was planning on Thailand but took two 3 day passes instead. I managed to save beau coup p's

It was wonderful to feel some autumn weather after the stifling tropical heat of South Vietnam. Had a great time. Since I was stationed at Nha Trang and could go to the beach every day, the urban environment was a nice change.
