Good job, but if you did it in Photoshop, perhaps you should reduce the contrast in his face so it'll match better.

9. One other minor thing

If you want it to look even more real, you could flip his face around (Flip horizontally). the light seems to be coming from the opposite direction than the rest of the picture. (Take a look at the shadow on his shirt).

14. to flip horizontally

Select the layer for the head. The go to Edit, pull down to Transform. You should have a choice of Flip Vertically and Flip Horizontally. Hopefully you haven't flatttened the image already.
