Might be impossible for pukes. I think they only marry for money or when their families or churches push them into it. The idea that some people are totally unloveable might seem strange to liberals, but I think pukes make war because they don't have the other option.

3. I always found the phrase to be insipid...

Human beings are complex: they can make love AND make war. After all, Lyndon Johnson had tremendous success in the early years of his presidency combating poverty and racism...while he was setting a peasant country aflame.

I never liked the phrase.
