I'm on vacation, so to speak, and thus at my sister's, and so am forced to submit my sanity to a dial up connection. And of course, they only have one phone line so I can't be online very often because they need to use the phone occasionally and the BIL's family calls all the time....

3. Hey - I made grilled ribs yesterday for the first time!

(no boiling, of course)

They came out pretty well! Next time I'll do better. Slow cooked 'em for about 3.5 hours.

i think everyone ate well. 2 kinds of grilled chicken, about 5 different kind of grilled sausages, burgers and an array of side stuff.

5. I just recently

switched to a wireless high speed internet company after having dial-up for more 10 years almost. Wow what a difference! My area though still does not have land based DSL just wireless. I get about 2mg down and 1meg up...not bad.
