2. I will check out absentee ballot....how soon before election

you can get them and submit.....that way it can be in and I would be out of the country before they lock the doors.

3. I would suggest the Scandinavian

countries, 28. They have small populations. The standard of living is among the highest in the world. Take Norway, for example. A population of only 4.2 million, and they're sharing in the profits of the North Sea Oil.

I've heard that Portugal is nice...easy to get into. But New Zealand is fairly easy to get to.

And yes, please don't forget that Mail-in ballot.....for those of us left behind....

4. there is a lot of darkness in the winter there and lots of addictions

because of it....but lots of sailing on the fiords....very pretty area......spent a month travelling the four continguous countries....back in the 80's
