night at the Beverly Center in L.A. The creators of the film were there and the audience got to have a 45 min.-1 hour discussion with them. The film was incredible! I highly recommend it to anyone who gets a chance to see it. It was truly life changing.

I checked local listing here... but no go. :(
Maybe DVD will come out although it sounds like a big screen experience.

The filmmakers are coming to Seattle later this month (I think this week, IIRC) and I would love to go hear them. I am constantly asking myself "Why?" and I was blown away by the movie.:hi:

are all on a spiritual path but DEFINITELY made the distinction between spirituality and religion (as in NOT into organized religion-eventhough they all have been influenced by the Self-realization fellowship group-which I think was founded by the Autobiography of a Yogi teacher). They answered everyone's quetsions and there was a tremendous amount of discussion. I can't wait to see it again with my best friend (who's currently out of the country). He and I are continuously contemplating the meaning of life (I know that sounds so corny but it's true). Being in that packed theatre last night with other like-minded people created an almost intangible high-level vibration...I don't really know how to explain it. There is a website:whatthebleepdoweknow.com. Also, call you local independent theatres and request that they bring the movie to your area.

I seen it three times at the Bagdad theatre here in Portland (where the theatre scenes were shot). First time I seen it I was sitting in approx. the same seat she was sitting in during the one scene in the movie......was like a drug flashback or something....lol. Loved the movie...
I just can't figure out if I seen it in the past or the future....
