I'm wasting away to nothing...lost 4 pounds this week, yet I ate out twice and only worked out one day. Damn I'm going to look studly :evilgrin:

2. Weight Watchers and Walking |
|
So far, I just cut out pop(soda), portioned out my meals into serving sizes, and ended my morning Pop Tart ritual. I've also started walking one mile a day for 3 days a week.

i still have my weight watchers stuff, i've gone back many times through the years. I always thought they were the best and easiest to follow.

I think I had them for breakfast every day my first year of college (never had them at home). Then one day I realized that they taste like cardboard and are not worth the Freshman 15.
