I've actually done this.

I used to drive those huge dump trucks in a gold mine in northern Australia and on night shift one night, the fitters left their pick-up truck where they shouldn't have and I drove right over it.

It wasn't my fault, there was no way I could have seen it out of the right hand side.

And luckily for the fitters, they weren't anywhere near it when it happened.
Nobody was killed or injured, although I have seen wrecks where people have been killed in similar circumstances.

I actually never knew I had gone over the pick-up truck until I was radioed and told later on.
Never felt a thing. Not even a bump.
