maybe with blanched spinach, and eggplant first soaked in salted water then hand dried, sun-dried tomatoes, some yummy sauce, and ricotta cheese( can't spell it but I know how to buy it), topped with mozzarella and m m m m.

Of course, then no one else in my home would want it. Except me. My favorite meal I make: the sort no one else wants, but they thank me all the same. And then I get all of it. Works great!
