A short list of the greatest performances I have ever experienced
-Jimi Hendrix song "Are You Experienced?"
-Ohio State's defense dominating the Miami Hurricane defense in the 2003 Fiesta Bowl.
-Lebron James first NBA basketball game.
-Mark Messier's game 6 hat trick against the New Jersey Devils in 1994.
-Mike Malloy going ballastic over the bill to move dead WWII US soldiers back state side.
And last but not least...
-Jon Stewert's bitch slaping of Stephen F. Hayes on the June 22, 2004.
:headbang: :yourock: :headbang: :yourock: :headbang: :yourock:
I think I'll play Motorhead-"Bomber" in salute to Jon Stewert tomorrow:)

1. That was a poor
performance by Hayes. He as much as admitted all the "lies" came from the OSP. Pretty thin evadence. I especially liked the Cheney Quotes on Saddam Al-quida connection. That really set the mood for the Thinly disguised bag lapping by Hayes.

4. Yeah, but Stewert gave the most perfect bitch slap to his responses
It wasn't a "rip the beating heart out of the SOB bitch slapping. It was a bitch slapping that should be taught in finishing schools.

5. Speaking of "Motorhead" and "great perfprmances"
I've seen every act imaginable in the last twenty years, from Motorhead, to Abba, to Pantera.

And I've never seen a rock band rock as hard as the Doobie Brothers. I've seen 'em four time now, and can count their shows as defining moments of my life. If you've never seen them live -- do so.

8. One I still remember: Barbra Streisand singing "You'll Never Walk Alone"
At the end of the Academy Awards telecast 2 years ago. It was after 09/11. It was truly one of the most emotional experiences I've ever felt.
