Poll question: When it comes to Garlic....
I just finished lunch and I think I actually got to the point that I put too much garlic on my lunch. Luckily I keep a toothbrush/paste in my desk drawer, but the garlic was so thick on my pizza that now I have minty flavored garlic breath.

How does your garlic use rate?

2. I went to a restaurant that use garlic in every course
including dessert!! (The Stinking Rose). I don't remember what the dessert was. The meal was heavenly! No, there is never too much garlic.

4. Vitamin G
I once ate at a restaurant where every dish had garlic in it, but I can't remember its name. (It was in Tokyo, and the name was something Japanese, so I probably wouldn't remember it anyway.) Nor do I remember the desserts, but I remember an appetizer of roasted garlic cloves with cheese melted on top, very tasty. And the walls were painted with huge multi-colored stylized garlic bulbs.

6. No--garlic is just too damn good
Even if you only have ten minutes to make something, you can throw some garlic around (saute it, whatever) and it will taste much better than it might have otherwise. :D

7. Tip: NO amount of tooth brushing will get rid of the smell.
Use Listerine or something similar. Gargle. That also doesn't make the smell go away, but comes closer.

8. Do any of you other garlic lovers sweat garlic?
When you've had large doses of it. It's happened to me a few times. I cannot think of any other explanation for my body garlic smell when that happened.
I love garlic other than for that problem.

10. You need a "It burns us" option for us vampire types
Can't stand the stuff. This combined with my nocturnal proclivities and "other" aspects leads one naturally to the vampire jokes.

12. I LOVE it, but it can make my wife exceptionally ill
Every so often, she will get violent diarrhea and pass out after eating something with a lot of garlic.
