Here's how to join:
First, you'll need to register:
http://ussenatesim.us/register.html Ignore the not taking members thing, and sign in. Once you get the email back, you'll have to get signed in as a senator. You'll have to pick a state to be from Go here:
http://ussenatesim.us/USSS/index.php?showtopic=8687 That list is the master list and any state with one after it has an open seat and you can sign into it. To sign in, go to the Clerk's office and start a new topic with your NAME, PARTY, and STATE.
The next thing is to go to the DNC HQ and sign in there so you can be welcomed and granted War room access
http://ussenatesim.us/USSS/index.php?showforum=199 At some point, you are gonna want to take your Oath on the senate floor--but that can hold till after you get access to our War Room and get signed up for your committees.
You can post (and vote) immediately on the Senate floor, and once you have been assigned by the DNC leader to your committees you can begin debating and voting in those areas as well.
Please do join any of the caucuses you feel interested in as soon as you like, and do feel free to stop in the Cafe and smack around a few stupid GOP ideas. We have been known to post a few inflammatory articles from time to time to provoke discussion if none is up and running. Those options are available to you immediately upon signing into the sim...
