There is this company called MWI that has their hooks into VistaPrint and operates a "negative-option" scheme. They present a pop-up, and whether you accept or close the ad, you wind up with repeated $9.95 monthly charges.

I got nailed with this. I called MWI and they said they are going to refund one charge, but the original $9.95 they won't refund because of the acceptance agreement. The problem is I never accepted.

I emailed VistaPrint and am waiting to hear from them as to why they are affiliating with such a BS "company".
