What is your favorite Charles Mingus album?

Mine is Mingus Ah Um. Man he could orchestrate a churning cauldron of jazz squanking! I admire his tremendous horn arangements.

Black Saint and the Sinner Lady would be my next - such class!

The man was a God!

"The Black Saint and the Sinner Lady" is also my favorite.

"Mingus Mingus Mingus Mingus Mingus" would be my second favorite. :hi:

"Goodbye Pork Pie Hat" is one of my favourites, and I think this is the best version I've heard..."Blues and Roots" is a close second, though.
