Connecticut regularly get the highest markings for this sort of ranking.

Alabama regularly comes in last.

It USED to have the highest ranking of public universities in the nation. I assume it's gotten hideously worse in the last five or ten years, or so I'm told. Thanks, *, DeLay, et al, for fucking that up.
