Can you legally
enter an intersection on a yellow light and complete your left turn after the light turns red?

I guess it depends on the state. I know it's a no-no in California.

1. In Wisconsin, you're technically not supposed to enter any intersection if
you can't get through it at the same time -- which, if this were strictly enforced, would mean that you could never make a left turn, ever.

I think the law says no, but pretty much anything goes in practice. You're not supposed to make a U-turn at a stoplight, either, but I see it all the time.
