That whole scene with the mother from Flint, whose child was killed in Iraq. My god, I thought I'd never cry at a movie....and here I was tears running. :(

Then toward the end when she makes her way to Washington.

POWERFUL FILM!

I feel so much for the family and troops in Iraq.

I might also add the show in SLC was packed. When I left (around 10) the late night showing was packed as well.

3. There were three scenarios that made me absolutely sob....

The mother from Flint whose son died, the Iraqi woman whose house was bombed, and the papers in the smoke.

It has been 2 and a half hours, and my eyes are still red and puffy. But I feel good in a way. I feel connected to a massive network of people who feel the same way and want to end this nightmare, and I believe we will.

who f*cking CARE about EACHOTHER...!!! The Iraqi mother was absolutely the best part... really brought you in close to what misery they are going through... and the incredible marine guy who said that he ABSOLUTELY would NOT go back to Iraq, no matter the consequences... that he would not die for Bush's war for oil.

5. I was crying a lot during the movie....

That's why I say the movie was a catharsis for me. I went in and just let myself BE and it affected me deeply.
