3. I sort of made it to the end

but I didn't pay much attention for many minutes. What I learned is that the old/new rhetoric is they are protecting families. Over and over again....families first. I also heard that they plan caps on spending. DeLAY is MUCH easier to listen to than Chimp. I can understand why some are swayed by him if they have no knowledge about facts. I have no idea why anyone supports the chimp.
